Our Story

In 2023, The Lead Collective moved into a facility designed to support the ministries of GOAT, Eleos, and Reach. With additional space available, a vision began to take shape. In 2025, that unused area was transformed into Harbor Coworking, a workspace created to foster connection, productivity, and community impact.

Harbor was born out of Lead Collective, a Greenville-based nonprofit dedicated to helping youth in under-resourced communities experience hope, opportunity, and flourishing. When Lead Collective moved into its Pleasantburg Drive campus, it saw an opportunity to transform unused space into something meaningful, a professional environment where entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives, and small businesses could grow while creating lasting impact in the community.

Today, every membership, every office, and every cup of coffee shared at Harbor contributes to something bigger. One hundred percent of Harbor's profits support the work of Lead Collective and its ministries, helping provide mentorship, life skills, educational support, outdoor experiences, and second chances for young people across Greenville.
